A pilot was left with only minor injuries after their light plane crash landed on to a rail corridor south of Brisbane.
The aircraft, an AirMedpatient transfer plane, was forced into an emergency landing just after 6.10am on Friday in Hillcrest, with only the pilot on board.
Pictures posted by the Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) showed some damage to the front of the aircraft, after it crash landed near a tree.

QAS said the pilot sustained minor injuries, and has been transported to Princess Alexandra hospital.
The plane crashed about 3km away from Archerfield airport, and officials are still unsure what caused the emergency landing.
Queensland police described the plane as being “medium-sized” and added that it was forced into an emergency on to a rail line which was closed for upgrades.
“The tracks there were closed today for upgrades, with the aircraft landing very close to the railway tracks,” a police spokesperson said.
“Police investigations are ongoing, and anyone in the vicinity with CCTV or dashcam footage of the incident is urged to contact Queensland police.”
